JEWISH WARRIOR WEEKEND 2024 AT USNA

This was Jewish Warrior Weekend (JWW)!
JWW is a program of celebration and education for Midshipman and Cadets from the Service Academies and ROTC units. During the event, future officers reaffirm their commitment to the military and the Jewish people, build and strengthen a support network and a community of Jewish military personnel, and raise awareness about Jews who have always – and continue to serve at the vanguard of our national defense.
The speakers this year were the best!

  • Dr. Frank Luntz, nationally renowned Communications Specialist and Political Consultant, who thanked the warriors for taking a stand and not just making a statement (with their choice to serve) and challenged them to with candid conversations about our Constitution, Religion principles and freedoms.
  • Dr. Eric Goralnick, USNA ’95, Medical Director for Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots, who offered perspective from the common words within all three Service Academies’ oaths, “Service,” “Mission” and “Character,” as well as compelling sea stories of overcoming adversity

Bravo to the United States Naval Academy’s Jewish Midshipmen Club President MIDN 1/C Caroline Bilbray-Kohn and Rabbi LCDR Yonina Creditor for organizing and hosting this year’s JWW in Annapolis over the past couple of days. Strong turnout of Midshipmen to welcome their counterpart Cadets from the U.S. Military Academy – West Point and United States Air Force Academy
Bonus attendance this year from: JWV National Commander Barry Lischinsky, Vice Commander Gary Ginsburg and our counterparts from the West Point Jewish Chapel Fund, Chairman Ret. USA MG Jeff Jacobs (USMA ’79) and President Terry Bresnick (USMA ’69).
